Yee Shun Milk Company @ Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

While in Hong Kong in November 05, I convinced my friends to try Yee Shun Milk Company @ Causeway Bay.

As many of you probably know, Yee Shun Milk Company is famous for their Steamed Milk in 2 Films. Though we were still stuffed from a scrumptious dinner of Teochew cuisine, we ordered a bowl each topped with Gingko Nuts. The texture of the steamed milk was like soya bean curd, the only difference was that it was a little less fragrant and had a strong milk flavour. Though I love to drink full-cream milk, I found myself preferring soya bean curd. I guess we might have enjoyed it better if we weren't so full but since we were in the area, we had to give it a try.
