Earl Grey & Fig Ice Cream at Ice Cream Gallery
After a cloyingly sweet dose of Salted Caramel Ice Cream at Salted Caramel the night before, I had to have another fix at Ice Cream Gallery, one of my preferred ice cream joints in the Eastern part of Singapore.

Earl Grey & Fig and Sea Salt Caramel & Roasted Almond
The Sea Salt Caramel & Roasted Almond Ice Cream was a little too sweet for my liking. It also didn't have as strong a caramelized flavour as I would have liked however, this was mitigated by the lovely nutty flavour of roasted almonds. The Earl Grey & Fig Ice Cream fared much better. The tea-based ice cream was dotted with chunks of fig, with each chunk adding a honeyed sweetness that complemented the distinctive Bergamot-flavour of Earl Grey perfectly. This is a Must-Try!
Ice Cream Gallery has the awesome option of allowing you to mix 2 flavours into a single serving of ice cream for a slightly higher price than a single scoop. I love their flexibility! :)
