I went to Marutama Ramen for lunch twice during the past week. Yes, I'm back to my Ramen craze again. As usual, the soup base, the egg and the ramen were very delicious. We ordered the Yaki Char Siew. This was absolutely divine! It has a smoky flavour, crisp corners and when bitten into the char siew slices m-e-l-t-e-d in the mouth. This is definitely a Must-Try!
